Hermanitos,

You are enduring one of the most difficult trials of your lives, and your are doing so with such a love and strength that one can help but admire it. It may not seem fair that God let you borrow Timmy for such a short time after you have shaped you lives around his; but he is an angel, and we all know that angels live in heaven. May the emptiness in your hearts be filled with the love of God, the love of your friends and loved ones, and the memories that are yours to keep forever.

I know there is not much I can say at this moment to sooth your souls, I just want to offer you a shoulder to cry when needed, or simply somebody to talk to and reminisce when the time is right. I feel blessed to have met Timmy, and I am truly honored of knowing people so strong personally and in their faith.

With much love,
Hermanita Esperanza

Marshall and Lara,
We can't imagine the loss you are going through at this time, but please know the prayers and love that are being sent your way. Praying you feel these prayers and especially the strength and comfort of God's loving arms. Our heart aches with you, but we rest in God's promise that Timmy is in the presence of our Lord...and he is playing on those streets of gold. God's comfort, Pat and Diana (Moody)

Thanks, Lara. We've had people at a distance want to know how they can help.

As the Lord and time begin to allow some healing and perspective, I know we'll see God's perfect timing, His strengthening, His provision, and perhaps He'll give us a glimpse of who Timmy is in His presence! Praising God for eternity - and we'll see him there!!!

Marshall and Lara - I listen to WMBI. As the mom of a son who is now 25 (besides 4 other children) may I say that my heart goes out to you. I have cared for my son for 25 years now. He was born prematurely and has Cerebral Palsy and is a spastic quadriplegic. The leg braces I saw in Timmy's pictures are part of our lives! I'm not sure what Timmy's disability was but I know it is not present now in Heaven! Praise the Lord He saw fit to release him from limitations! Though your hearts have a Timmy-size hole in them right now, only God knows why.
Remember that you are loved.

Just wanted to let you both know that I get in Friday evening and leave early Sunday morning. I am staying at a hotel in Redlands. Love you and I look forward to giving you hugs and support.

P.S. my friend Renee sent me this song and it made me cry. Perfect song for perfect little Timmy:

"Fly"

Fly, fly little wing
Fly beyond imagining
The softest cloud, the whitest dove
Upon the wind of heaven's love
Past the planets and the stars
Leave this lonely world of ours
Escape the sorrow and the pain
And fly again

Fly, fly precious one
Your endless journey has begun
Take your gentle happiness
Far too beautiful for this
Cross over to the other shore
There is peace forevermore
But hold this mem'ry bittersweet
Until we meet

Fly, fly do not fear
Don't waste a breath, don't shed a tear
Your heart is pure, your soul is free
Be on your way, don't wait for me
Above the universe you'll climb
On beyond the hands of time
The moon will rise, the sun will set
But I won't forget

Fly, fly little wing
Fly where only angels sing
Fly away, the time is right
Go now, find the light

Love you, Timmy...we'll see you again someday...
